 1. When and where does the festival take place?
   
The Stellar Literary Festival is currently a one day event,  September 27 2008
    held at the Oshawa Valley Botanical Gardens, 155 Arena Street

 2. Is there a charge to attend?
  
No. Admission is FREE, and open to the public.

 3.  How can I participate as an author?
   
Author appearances at the festival are by invitation only. The submission of materials does not guarantee
    selection.
    Please consider that an invitation one year does not guarantee that an author will be invited back every year.
    We encourage you to participate and join the celebration of all the talent in the GTA either by audience
    participation or exhibitor.

 4. How can I participate as an exhibitor?
  
To become a festival exhibitor, please download our exhibitor forms.  Print, fill and send them to
    Stellar Literary Festival, 204- 95 Taunton Road East, Oshawa Ontario L1G 3T6
   Exhibitor space is offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

 5.  Can I volunteer?
    
Sure! We rely on volunteers to make our festival run as smoothly as possible,
     and we can always use another interested, hard-working literary festival lover.
     To sign up, please read this information. And thank you in advance.

 6. How do I get to the festival location?

 7. When will the authors sign their books?
  
Authors will sign books immediately following their presentations.
   Please see the schedule on this Web site and consult the programs given out at the event.
  Also, please note that several authors will be signing at additional times also after their
  presentations throughout the day as well.

 8.  How can I get a festival program?
   
Printed programs will be available at the festival, but we will be handing them out as soon
    as you enter the festival. For a complete list of events, which is updated regularly, please
    refer to our schedule page, and feel free to print it out.

 9. Will there be food at the festival?
   
Yes.. of course  :-)

10. May I display my books, publicity materials, or informational flyers or brochures
      without being an exhibitor?

      No. Exhibition space is provided solely to exhibitors.

11. I'd like to contact one of the authors appearing prior to the festival. How do I do that?
       Because we respect the privacy of our participants, we do not give out contact information.
